I am so proud of my website design client the OAFC ministry for the work that they are doing! OAFC strives to support children who have been orphaned, fostered, or adopted. The Catholic Diocese of Raleigh recently wrote an article highlighting their efforts.
One remarkable fact from the Diocese’s article is that the ministry’s founders, Tara Mylenski Arhab and Janet and Paul Kazmer, “didn’t know each other” before they started OAFC. Yet, they both inquired with their church about starting a ministry “at almost the exact same time.” How special is that?!
I created the website design for the Orphans, Adoption, and Foster Care Ministry in 2017. Since then, I have updated their site as needed. It has been such a privilege to work with them and watch their impact spread!
Special features on their site help them to connect with and serve their audience well:
Since 2017, OAFC has hosted events in Cary, NC to educate those interested in starting the adoption process. The ministry also hosts events to support adoptive parents and their families. On several occasions, volunteers traveled to a Costa Rican orphanage to serve. Their willingness to use their experiences to help others in need inspires me.
Keeping shining your light, OAFC!
