You may know her from her YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers, where she teaches about passive income, starting a YouTube Channel, course creation, and more! Passive Income Examples

As you’ll hear her explain further in episode, Jessica shares that as service providers, it’s a great idea to create products around what clients will need before or after working with you. Beside creating your own offers, you can also be an affiliate for other products that your clients will need. Jessica goes on a roll and shares some awesome examples of passive income! Here’s a summary:

Examples for Website Designers:

  • Being an affiliate for domain registrars or host companies, graphic packs, etc.
  • Creating a course on how to DIY your own website (Jessica did this when she wanted to transition away from offering her services completely!)

Examples for Copywriters:

  • Creating a course or digital product that clients can use before or after working with you
  • This could be a $27-$47 workbook to help business owner’s get clear on their messaging, ideal client, etc. for a sales page. Once people have filled that out, if they decide to work with you they will be coming with most of their homework done!
  • You could also partner with a website designer to create a sales page template that’s built for the way you write copy. Then, once you’ve finished writing the copy, you can offer clients the template!
