Showit Website for Brand Photographer: Sarah Bussey

Sarah is a talented brand and lifestyle photographer based in Little Rock, AR. When she mentioned that she photographs small business owners and pets, I knew we had to work together! (After all, entrepreneurship and dogs are two of my favorite things.) Sarah and I worked together to create elevated brand visuals and translate her message into a fresh website design. Creating Simple and Clean Logo Designs for Sarah Bussey Photography

Sarah chose my brand and template customization package, and we started the design process with branding! While Sarah had a website prior to this project, I would be creating her first logo designs. Sarah wanted something that was simple, clean, and modern, but also incorporated fun color! I love the mix of professionalism and fun that comes across in Sarah’s branding.

Sarah Bussey’s New Showit Website

Sarah switched from Wix to Showit for her new photography website! I exclusively design websites on Showit because I love that it offers creative freedom while still being easy for my clients to edit. (Plus, Showit integrates with WordPress for blogging power!)

We used my Key Lime Showit template as a starting point for Sarah’s website. With Sarah’s photos, branding, and content added this truly feels like a website that was made for her business! Since my Showit templates are completely customizable, we were able to tweak several things to better suit Sarah’s needs, like having separate service pages for brand photography and lifestyle photography, and changing the timeline on the About page to a fun facts section.

A major goal for this project was to distinguish Sarah as a brand photographer. While she also does family, pet, and senior photography, brand photography is the focus for her in this season. You’ll notice that on the homepage, we mention brand photography first. Also, her business tagline is now “brand & lifestyle photography.”

It was important to Sarah that her website use SEO to help her get found on Google. I always use SEO best practices when designing client sites and creating templates!
