Rest and self-care is an important part of the journey, too. And being self-aware can help us take a more sustainable approach to self-improvement.
For a more sustainable approach to self-improvement, try to maintain self-awareness. Check in with yourself and notice, “Am I activated? Am I stressed? What’s going on in my body? Have I been more tense lately? Am I feeling overwhelmed?”
Our feelings are messages telling us that there’s a need. Once you’re able to notice your feelings, be open to meeting your needs.
